My name is Alaa. I am 27 years old and I am contacting you to request urgent assistance. I am a mother and I have two children, the eldest is 4 years old and the youngest is 3 years old. My husband is a disabled patient who has had a lack of oxygen since birth, cerebral palsy, paralysis of the limbs, and difficulty moving and speaking. I live in Gaza under siege and war, and my husband needs an operation outside Gaza and it cannot be performed because of the war, fees, and coverage. Finance We constantly face unimaginable hardships and the threat of violence. I am from the city of Beit Hanoun. We were expelled, abandoned, and displaced from one city to another. We were displaced approximately 15 times, and now I live in a tent in miserable conditions. My family now lives in Deir al-Balah, and the tent is dilapidated and destroyed. It does not protect my children or my sick husband from the winter and the bitter cold. My only dream is to protect my children and my husband and give them to them. An opportunity for a better life. I am turning to you, my friends and compassionate strangers, to help us raise the funds needed to cover the cost of my husband’s surgery and our travel expenses.
